1/2 can black beans
1/4 shredded cheddar or daiya vegan cheese
1 whole grain or gluten free wrap
1 cup roughly chopped spinach
2 tbsp salsa
1/2 avocado mashed
Combine all the ingredients into a wrap and roll up, or if you like you can cook it quesadilla style by folding in half and cooking in a heated skillet.
